Casinos have gone “under the radar” which it comes to regulation because of the close relationships between the gambling industry and state governments, according to a new book by Deakin University’s Professor Linda Hancock. She analyses how adequate regulation is, and looks at Crown Casino in Melbourne, where she interviewed 225 members of staff for their views on the running of the business.
