How the time equals money equation makes us impatient

People who put a price on their time are more likely to feel impatient and be aware of spending time rather than just passing it.

A recent study by Toronto University primed participants in sub-group to think of their time in terms of money.

The participants expressed less enjoyment and greater impatience when engaged in leisure activities, than when they were being paid for similar activities such as listening to music.
