Helen Addison-Smith

I have a PhD in Creative Writing, which consisted of research and creative work surrounding the notion of alien invasion in contemporary Science Fiction. I have a Masters degree from ANU, looking at the depiction of race in mid century American Science Fiction literature. I am currently researching contemporary practices of food production and consumption,and finally bringing together my many years of experience as a chef and cafe owner with the academic work.
