Russell Bonduriansky

Evolutionary Biologist at University of New South Wales

Summary

An evolutionary biologist is a type of scientist who wants to understand the meaning of life (or, more precisely, how and why organisms got to be the way they are).

My research group at the University of New South Wales -- the Evolutionary Biology Lab -- investigates the nature of heredity, the sources of diversity within and among species, coevolution of the sexes, and how and why organisms age.

I am also an Associate Editor for the journal Evolution.
