Ryan Kempster is a shark biologist and founder of the shark conservation group Support Our Sharks (www.supportoursharks.com; www.facebook.com/supportoursharks). His research focuses on the sensory capabilities of sharks and their relatives with the ultimate goal of refining and improving shark repellent devices to protect ocean users.
