Web and database guy, Macquarie University

I have a PhD in astrophysics and my research includes searching for planets orbiting other stars and using "starquakes" to peer deep into the centres of stars. I am a Fellow of the Astronomical Society of Australia, take part in the Scientists in Schools program and am involved in the amateur astronomical community.
I am regularly asked by various media outlets (including the ABC) to comment on astronomical news stories about planets and stars.

These days I find myself enabling science rather than carrying out much research, but that's probably better for my mental health.
