Alice Payne

PhD student at Queensland University of Technology

Summary

Alice Payne is a designer and PhD student based in Queensland, Australia. Her PhD research explores the Australian mass market design process and sustainability. As a designer and illustrator, Alice has exhibited in Australia and overseas. She was a winner in the 2011 Fashioning the Future Awards for her ThinkLifecycle project, a communication system for fashion designers. Alice has taught fashion design at the University of Technology Sydney, and Fashion History and Theory at the Queensland University of Technology.
