Dr Bruce Littleboy is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Economics at the University of Queensland. For over 25 years he has taught undergraduate macroeconomics. He adapted John Taylor’s introductory textbook for students in Australia. His primary research interest involves the meaning and significance of the works of John Maynard Keynes. His PhD became On Interpreting Keynes (Routledge, 1990). Other interests include the history of economic theory and the relationship between philosophy and economics. His current research focus is on the ideas of G.L.S. Shackle, and he was awarded the Shackle Studentship for the Easter Term in 2011 at St Edmund’s College, Cambridge.
