Etim Offiong

Etim Offiong is a Scientific Officer at the African Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in English (ARCSSTE-E), Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

He heads the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) section in addition to teaching courses in GNSS and satellite communication options for the past seven years.

Etim obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and Master’s degree in GNSS and Related Applications, from the Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy.
