Jane McAdam

Director of Research in the School of Law at University of New South Wales

Summary

Dr Jane McAdam is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of NSW. She is the Director of Research in the School of Law, and the Director of the International Refugee and Migration Law project at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law. She also coordinates the Refugee Law and Policy Group. From 2007 until 2010, she was the Director of International Law Programs and the Director of International Moots. Jane is also a Research Associate at the University of Oxford’s Refugee Studies Centre, and was the Director of its International Summer School in Forced Migration in 2008. She previously taught in the Faculty of Law at the University of Sydney, and at Lincoln College at the University of Oxford, where she obtained her doctorate. She has been a Visiting Fellow at Lincoln College, Oxford and at the Centre for Migration Law, University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
