Matt Harvey

Summary

Dr Matt Harvey is a lecturer in law at Victoria University, a Research Associate of its Institute for Sport, Exercise and Active Living, a member of the Professor Football team, and a Carlton supporter since 1972. He received his PhD from Monash University in 2004 for a thesis on constitutional development of the European Union. He obtained BA(Hons)(Politics with French) and LLB from the University of Melbourne and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. He has worked in private and corporate practice and has taught at Deakin, Monash, RMIT, the University of Melbourne and Swinburne before joining Victoria University. He is married with two children and has made two albums as a singer/songwriter.
