Peter Billings

Senior Lecturer in Law at University of Queensland

Summary

Peter joined the TC Beirne School of Law in November 2007 having taught public law previously at the University of Southampton and University of the West of England, Bristol. His primary research interests are in administrative law, the law relating to asylum seekers/refugees, social welfare law and Indigenous people's rights. He has published widely in these areas, including, Indigenous Australians and the Commonwealth Intervention (2010, Federation Press).
