I joined the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium in September 2018 as a Professor in Health Economics. I am affiliated to the Institute of Health and Society (IRSS) and the Institute of Economic and Social Research (IRES).
My research interests include inequalities of opportunities, economics of lifestyles, and mental health. I have experience in policy evaluation methods especially using applied econometrics methods, economic evaluation alongside clinical trials and economic decision modelling.
I have delivered the health economic component on several landmark trials conducting the evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of interventions in mental health, children’s health and deprived populations.
I hold a PhD in Economics from Aix-Marseille School of Economics, France.
I am a Visiting Professor at the Academic Unit of Health Economics, University of Leeds.
I am an Associate researcher at the Health, Risk and Insurance Chair, Paris Dauphine University, the Hospinnomics Chair at Paris School of Economics.
I sit on a number of experts committee in the UK, France, Belgium and at the EU Commission.
