I am the Rank-Manning Junior Research Fellow in Social Sciences at New College, Oxford. I have experience publishing work both in academic and non-academic media, and my research focuses on genocides and other 'mass atrocity' crimes against civilians, particularly the ideological dynamics of such phenomena. I also work more generally on political ideology, and violence. I teach University of Oxford undergraduates in International Relations, Political Theory and Sociological Theory.
