Mihajla Gavin

Mihajla is a Senior Lecturer in employment relations and human resource management at the University of Technology Sydney. Her interest and expertise is in the areas of education, teachers’ work, gender, employee voice, and the future of work. Mihajla holds a number of leadership roles including elected Treasurer of the Industrial Relations Society of New South Wales (IRSNSW), Vice-President of the Association of Industrial Relations Academics in Australia and New Zealand (AIRAANZ), and Co-Chair of UTS Business School's Social Justice and Inclusion Committee
