Raluca Radulescu is Professor of Medieval Literature and Director of the Centre for Arthurian Studies at Bangor University. She teaches medieval literature and culture, children's fictions, modern fantasy, as well as palaeography and the history of the book.
Her research focuses on late medieval literature from the perspective of social class and political culture, in particular in Arthurian studies, non-Arthurian romances, medieval chronicles (the Brut tradition and genealogical rolls) and gentry studies.
